Sequencing reads_(2bRAD) for broadcasters Montastrea cavernosa and Siderastrea siderea sampled in the Lower Florida Keys and brooders Agaricia agaricites and Porites astreoides sampled in Florida coral reefs, from Dry Tortugas to Fowley Rocks.
